Elizabeth Jean-Baptiste

Elizabeth Jean-Baptiste, Associate Professor at the University of Cincinnati, has been bridging worlds as a nationally certified sign language interpreter since 2001 and inspiring minds as an educator since 2005. Currently pursuing her doctorate in Action Research, she’s diving deep into how race-based spaces can foster learning, offer refuge, fuel recovery, and develop resistance and resilience. Her not-so-secret superpower? Connecting people. She’s a firm believer that even the world’s toughest problems can be unraveled with a good conversation, a glass of wine, and a pack of post-it notes.
